- no smoking at all inside the home
- please no shoes inside the home The hardwood floors are freshly polished.
- there are security cameras outside of the home
- the interior cleaner’s closet and the garage/maintenance room underneath the house are locked and inaccessible Everything else around the house is completely open.
- we do provide ample cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, olive oil, and basic seasonings, such as salt, pepper, garlic salt, and cayenne
- for winter, we have a new boiler system that provides ample heat
- for summer, we will be installing window ac units
- guest use exercise equipment at their own risk
